Lavender Essential Oil


Lavender is universal oil that has been shown to balance the body and work wherever there is a need.  There are many uses for Lavender essential oil.  Lavender helps decrease stress and anxiety and can calm and relax the body.

Specific ways to use the Lavender oil:

-Add a few drops to a carrier oil such as Grape seed oil, olive oil, coconut oil or other carrier oil of your choice and apply to cuts, scrapes, minor burns or to soothe sunburned skin

-Apply to the back of the neck or temples to ease muscle tension

-Add a few drops to your bath water to help you calm and relax

-Add a few drops on the bottoms of your feet to promote restful sleep or add a couple drops to a hand towel and place on pillow or bed

-Put several drops in a spray bottle with water and spray in car, office, closet, mattress, etc. to freshen those places up

– Use to calm the reaction of a bee sting or bug bite

– Inhale or apply a couple drops to wrists to ease motion upset when traveling

-To calm an upset child, apply a couple drops to bottoms of feet, back or hands

-Before applying lip balm, apply to dry, chapped lips

Bottle size: ⅝” wide by 1.2” tall (with cap). Holds ⅝ dram of oil. Holds 50-60 drops of oil. (1/12th ounce, 2ml)
